Calling All Ambassadors: Help Us Grow the Food Finders Hub Community!

Thank you so much for your incredible support as a Food Finders Hub Ambassador. Your efforts in spreading the word about our platform have already made a huge impact in connecting people to fresh, local food sources and supporting farmers and growers in our communities.

To help you introduce the platform to potential new members, one of our ambassadors (Nikki from Suffolk) created a downloadable letter you can share with farmers, growers, and food producers. This letter explains what Food Finders Hub is all about and how they can benefit from joining.

How to Use the Letter

2. Print it out and share it with local farmers, growers, and producers in your area.

3. You can also email it to anyone who might be interested in listing their farm shop or fresh produce.

Every new listing helps strengthen our directory and makes it easier for communities to access fresh, local food.

Thank You for Your Support

We couldn’t do this without you! Your passion and dedication are what make the Food Finders Hub community so special. Together, we’re building a platform that empowers local producers and connects people to the food that sustains us all.

Let’s keep growing! If you need more resources or have ideas to share, please reach out—we’d love to hear from you.

Warm regards,

The Food Finders Hub Team

I would add to the letter that signing up is free and that there will be no going charges to pay – It might encourage more producers to actually look at it, if they know that there is no cost to them, basically free advertising.
Also include that the site covers the whole of the UK – Just to show that it is a serious game changer, driven by the public

    Cheers

    1. Thank you – we are keeping this Free and there will be no cost to them.

I know that Pete, as do the followers on Marks channel, but we need to be telling that to the farmers / producers that we are trying to get listed on the site, as it might help to swing them to sign up.
I have emailed six outlets that would be suitable for the site in my area – even sending them a link to the site – and not a single one has got back to me.
I thought that free advertising with no ongoing costs would have been enough, but it seems not to be. So we need every single thing that will help sway them to join up and in this part of the country, getting something for free is a real big inventive.
      Cheers

  3. No offence to the author but my perception of the ‘ambassador letter, at first look, is it appears very small scale and I know that was never the intention.
I guess we’ve all got to start somewhere but play the ‘corporation game’ whilst staying honest and true to the consumer. Whilst you, the farmer, might of started this, can the letter be changed to farmer(s) to indicate a united front from many which I’m sure it is?
I purchase my food from a local farm shop and milk from a local dairy farm. I purchase toilet roll from the supermarket 🙂

    1. Hi Tim, thank you for your feed back, the letter is a tool that you can use, however i can change the wording that helps everyone. we have just launched another letter that you might like Click here to see New Post
